🔄 Refund & Return Policy – Tandraaz
At Tandraaz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
🇵🇰 Eligibility
- This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.
- All orders are placed using Cash on Delivery (COD).
❗ Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product
- The product is missing items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preference
- Used, opened, or tampered products
- Products without original packaging
⏱ Return Request Time
- Return or complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
📸 Proof Requirement
- Clear photos or videos of the issue are required.
- Proof must be shared via WhatsApp or Email for verification.
💰 Refund Process
- After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement product, or
- Refund (where applicable)
- Refunds are processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Store credit (as decided by Tandraaz)
⚠️ Cash refunds are not provided.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping cost will be covered by Tandraaz.
- If return is not approved, shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
🚫 Order Refusal
- Refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery without a valid reason is not eligible for return or refund.
- Repeated refusals may result in restriction on future orders.
🔄 Policy Changes
Tandraaz reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
