🔄 Refund & Return Policy – Tandraaz

At Tandraaz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

🇵🇰 Eligibility

  • This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.
  • All orders are placed using Cash on Delivery (COD).

❗ Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong product
  • The product is missing items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Products without original packaging

⏱ Return Request Time

  • Return or complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

📸 Proof Requirement

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue are required.
  • Proof must be shared via WhatsApp or Email for verification.

💰 Refund Process

  • After verification, we will offer one of the following:
    • Replacement product, or
    • Refund (where applicable)
  • Refunds are processed via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Store credit (as decided by Tandraaz)

⚠️ Cash refunds are not provided.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping cost will be covered by Tandraaz.
  • If return is not approved, shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

🚫 Order Refusal

  • Refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery without a valid reason is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Repeated refusals may result in restriction on future orders.

🔄 Policy Changes

Tandraaz reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
